We had previous solar companies come to do our install after Appling for finance etc. only to have them walk off site and refuse to do the install because it was "to hard". When we contacted RB Trades, they came on site to inspect our home given the previous problems that we had experienced, they walked us through what to expect and followed through with an excellent install. During the lead up to the install, our contact, Ruby answered any queries we had and kept me informed regarding progress of our install and proposed install date. After the install was complete, I had everything explained to me regarding how the inverter operated, and how to disable if it required. They configured the phone app so that I could check on my solar panels power output.

I am very happy to install the solar system RB Trades. Sophia was very kind to talk to me over the phone even though I was not good at English. On the day of installation, the team come and proceed with everything without any inconvenience, so I appreciate it very much.
